How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Olea. You can also go to Profile, then Manage my subscription, in the app.
I changed phones. How do I get Premium back?
Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases in your Profile.
How do I get my journey back?
Sign in with the method you used to create your account, Apple or Google. Your journey is linked to that account.
Does the Bible work without a connection?
Yes. Bible versions are built into the app and stay available offline.
Can I change Bible version?
Yes. Seven versions are built in, in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. You can change it from the Bible version sheet.
What happens if I miss a few days?
Your Olea keeps everything it has gained. You simply pick up again whenever you want.
How do I change or turn off reminders?
From your Profile in Olea, or in your iPhone’s notification settings.
How do I delete my account?
All the steps are on the Account deletion page.
